Convincing Products!

Acidic Foam Cleaner

Our low odor acidic cleaners have been developed especially for the deposits in the wet end of paper- and board machines. They are available with and without phosphoric acid.

Applications: foaming or flushing of long and short circuit, headbox, tanks, sorters, cleaning of screen baskets, high pressure showers, surface cleaning of wire and press sections or sizepress/filmpress, starch kitchen, color kitchen and wire and felt cleaning. Cleaning of suction rolls and exhaust air washers on the roof plus many more.

Alkaline Cleaner

Our environmentally friendly, low-odor and solvent free oil remover has been developed especially for the thorough cleaning of dryer sections. CCS 100 is not a dangerous good and makes it possible to remove the fire hazard oily deposits in dryer sections quickly and easily.

Applications: Whether you want to clean wires, felts or dryer fabrics, structures in dryer groups, dryer hoods inside or outside, concrete pillars or beams, floors in the basement or for fire prevention in the basement of all dryer groups, Hotter-Care products are exactly what you need.

The flexible cleaning program

Customers can choose from dedicated supervisors, automated equipment and chemicals matched to paper machines. Each module can be ordered individually or together.

Module 3&4:
Stationary IBC unit core for modules 3 & 4, foam at the click of a mouse

Consultancy Audit

Module 1: a consultancy audit, which identifies the deposit issues in paper machines and defines proposed solutions.

Supervisor

Module 2: a supervisor trains staff on safety issues and cleaning equipment and oversees and directs cleaning jobs involving paper mill personnel.

ACSF

Module 3: an ACSF unit that works with a stationary mother-daughter IBC system and provides foam at the click of a mouse for quick and safe cleaning (even during unplanned downtime).

ACSM

Module 4: an ACSM unit that has been specially designed for hard-to-reach areas and includes one or more automated mechanical cleaning units.
